Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Walk Your Plans NWA website (walkyourplansnwa.com) or booking a session at our Fayetteville studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

2. The Service

Walk Your Plans NWA operates an architectural visualization studio at 240 E Township Street, Fayetteville, AR 72703. We project floor plans at 1:1 scale onto a 2,500 sq ft canvas for clients to walk through, review, and refine before construction. The service is provided on an hourly, appointment basis.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Sessions are booked through our scheduling system at zbooking.us/Q1JYv . Cancellation and rescheduling policies are presented at the time of booking and form part of these terms.

4. Payment

Hourly rates and accepted payment methods are shown at booking. Payment is due as specified at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to plans, drawings, and other materials you provide for projection. You grant Walk Your Plans NWA a limited license to display and modify those materials solely for the purpose of delivering your session.

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and trade dress — is the property of Walk Your Plans NWA or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

6. On-Site Conduct

Sessions take place in a working studio with projection, electrical, and computing equipment. We ask that all attendees follow safety instructions from our team, supervise minors at all times, and refrain from touching equipment without permission.

7. Photography & Recording

We may photograph or record sessions for marketing or quality purposes. If you do not want to be included, please tell our team before your session begins and we will accommodate the request.

8. Limitation of Liability

The studio session is a design-review tool, not architectural, engineering, or construction advice. Walk Your Plans NWA does not warrant that decisions made during a session will be free of error, and is not liable for downstream construction outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party properties (booking, partnerships, social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or booking new sessions after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas.
