Walk Your Plans NWA collects only the information needed to book and run your studio session. We do not sell your data, do not use third-party advertising trackers, and use a cookieless analytics provider on this site.

Booking information: name, email, phone, session date and time, and any plan files or notes you provide. This is collected through our scheduling provider at zbooking.us/Q1JYv .

Direct correspondence: messages you send by email, phone, or contact form, along with any attachments.

Site analytics: aggregate, anonymized request data (page, country, device class, referrer) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and run your studio sessions.
• Respond to questions and requests.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Improve our website, services, and content.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers only as needed to operate the business:

• Cloudflare — website hosting (Pages) and cookieless web analytics.
• zbooking.us — session scheduling and payment intake.
• Email provider — transactional email (booking confirmations, follow-ups).

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We use them only for the purposes described and do not authorize them to sell your data.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social tracking scripts on this site. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless. Some embedded third-party content (e.g. the scheduling page) may set its own cookies; please review the privacy policy on that page.

5. Children's Privacy

The site and studio are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may request that we update, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Booking records are retained for as long as needed to support your account, comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records), and resolve disputes. Site analytics data is retained according to the Cloudflare Web Analytics default (typically 30 days for per-request data).

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS site-wide, restricted access to booking records, and reputable service providers for hosting and scheduling. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to apply reasonable protections.
