How it works

One session. Real scale. Real decisions.

Walk Your Plans NWA is a one-visit workflow: send us your plans, walk them at full 1:1 scale on our 2,500 sq ft canvas, and leave with the revisions already made.

How it works

From plan to walkthrough in three steps

Walk Your Plans NWA is a one-session workflow. You send the plans, you walk the space, you leave with the changes already made.

  1. A townhome floor plan with a minivan outline shown for spatial reference

    Upload Your Plans

Send us your floor plans, blueprints, or sketches in any common format. Our team prepares them for full-scale projection on the studio canvas.

  2. A group of people walking through architectural floor plans projected at full 1:1 scale in the Walk Your Plans NWA studio

    Walk at Full Scale

Arrive at the studio and step inside your design at 1:1. Walk the rooms, test the sightlines, mark up the layout in real time with your builder or architect.

  3. A Walk Your Plans operator at a triple-monitor workstation adjusting projected plans during a session

    Refine & Build

We capture every change on the spot and update the projection live. Leave with a refined plan everyone has actually experienced — not just reviewed on a screen.

Before your session

A few things that make the visit better

  • 01

    Send your plans

Email or upload your floor plan files at least 48 hours before your appointment. PDFs work great; we also accept DWG, Revit, SketchUp exports, or scanned hand-drawings.

  • 02

    Bring your team

Sessions are most valuable with the people who will sign off on the space in the room. Architects, builders, family — whoever needs to feel it before the foundation is poured.

  • 03

    Wear flat shoes

You will be walking the projected canvas. Flat, closed-toe shoes are most comfortable. Studio temperature is kept moderate; a light layer is recommended.

  • 04

    Plan for 60–120 minutes

Most sessions take one to two hours. We book by the hour, so block enough time to walk every room, not just the obvious ones.
